Women’s sacredness is something that has been neglected for centuries. In Moonlight Meditations, you will encounter your own sacredness as a woman by exploring the delicate connection between women and the moon. This workshop draws from rich cultural traditions from around the world in order to give you the opportunity to look at womanhood with fresh eyes. Through a mixture of lecture, group discussion and experiential workings, you will explore in depth many of the facets of your womanhood. Topics to be covered include how to:
• Understand the difference between masculine & feminine energies
• Learn the stages of a woman’s life & their meanings
• Use your female cycles & lunar cycles to maximize your energy flow
• Strengthen your feminine instincts & identity
