The 3 Easies ideology for understanding women and feminine energy is what makes Understanding Women so unique in today’s ongoing dialogue about women and womanhood. Feminine energy functions in a way that fosters gradual and effortless development. Think of how a baby is formed in a mother’s womb—gradually and with no conscious effort required from the mother to create the child. (When you are pregnant, you don’t have to concentrate on creating a nervous system for the baby today; it just happens!) Therefore, we use the 3 Easies so that how we teach and learn about womanhood follows in the footsteps of feminine energy—effortless and gradual change. Because our approach to personal and community development is holistic in nature, our workshops and lectures are engaging mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, which leads to great personal growth and satisfaction as well as enrichment for your community.
Ease into Education:
We teach the things that are seldom taught about womanhood—the things that make it special, sacred and, dare I say, so enjoyable! We put womanhood and the sacred feminine into cross-cultural and historical contexts that show the lineage of honoring womanhood going back thousands of years and spanning the globe in its reach. This cross-cultural and historical recognition of womanhood paints being a woman in a light of honor that has scarcely been recognized for hundreds of years. This education is enlightening and instills a great sense of the worthiness of women, what they offer, what they teach, and what they bring to the table. At Understanding Women it is our deepest desire that you experience the power of the feminine for yourself—because experience is what brings understanding home. Your embodied experience of the feminine will come alive in our workshops through one-on-one and group interactions with exercises that feature meditations, discussions, visualizations, ritual, music and movement. This embodied experience of the feminine enables you to start shifting your ability to allow more connection, more support, more compassion and more enthusiasm into your life!
Our goals at Understanding Women are twofold. First, we educate about the gifts of womanhood using The 3 Easies. We believe this education is essential to a woman’s understanding of herself, and men’s understanding of women and the feminine energy, because knowledge helps empower people to choose what is best for themselves in their own lives. Our second goal at Understanding Women is to bring women’s perspectives, priorities and ideologies into the conscious awareness of society. The importance of integrating women-centered principles into our society, which has been established and functions primarily with male-centered principles, lies in its ability to capitalize on the contributions of its entire population. By integrating women’s ideologies with the male ideologies that are already present in society, we can move forward into creating a more balanced and harmonious way of life.
